Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Hotel Manager to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel management within the hospitality and tourism sector. Operational Support:
Assist in managing daily operations across departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Ensure all hotel services are delivered in accordance with company standards and guest expectations.
Guest Relations:
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor online reviews and feedback, implementing improvements as necessary.
Staff Supervision and Training:
Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of hotel staff to maintain a competent and motivated team.
Assist in scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Financial Management:
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor expenses and revenues, assisting in implementing cost-control measures.
Sales and Marketing:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and its services.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and other legal requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Supporting seamless hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Assisting in financial monitoring and contributing to revenue growth strategies.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as internships or part-time roles, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
