Job Title: Hotel Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Hotel Director to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency, financial performance, and guest experience of our hotel. The Director of Hotel Operations is responsible for the overall management of all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales & marketing, finance, and human resources.
This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to drive profitability and revenue growth, and experience in delivering exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in hotel management and a track record of driving business success in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive hotel profitability and business expansion.
  • Align hotel operations with corporate objectives, financial goals, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Financial & Revenue Management
  • Oversee hotel budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs), including occupancy rates, RevPAR, ADR, and GOPPAR.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high-quality service standards.
3. Guest Experience & Service Quality Enhancement
  • Establish and enforce luxury hospitality standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and feedback to improve services.
  • Ensure VIP and corporate client services exceed expectations.
4. Operations & Departmental Oversight
  • Supervise the front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security teams.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across all hotel departments.
  • Implement efficiency measures to enhance hotel performance.
5. Sales, Marketing & Brand Management
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive bookings, corporate partnerships, and event sales.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotional events.
  • Foster relationships with travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients.
6. Human Resources & Staff Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and senior managers.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of high-performing hospitality professionals.
  • Create a positive organizational culture that fosters teamwork and excellence.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local and international hospitality laws, health & safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness, security protocols, and operational risk management.
  • Implement and maintain industry best practices in hygiene, safety, and sustainability.

  • Identify opportunities for hotel expansion, partnerships, and revenue growth.
  • Develop strategies to increase occupancy rates, corporate bookings, and event sales.

  • Ensure strong financial planning, cost control, and profit maximization.
  • Improve operational efficiency to reduce waste and optimize spending.
3. Operational Excellence & Staff Leadership
  • Maintain high service quality, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective interdepartmental communication.
4. Guest Experience & Luxury Service Standards
  • Ensure flawless customer service and high-end hospitality standards.
  • Develop personalized experiences for VIP guests, corporate travelers, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
5. Digital Transformation & Technology Adoption
  • Implement cutting-edge hospitality technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics and guest personalization tools for data-driven decision-making.
6. Compliance, Sustainability & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sustainability regulations.
  • Develop and enforce risk management policies for guest safety and operational security.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams and drive business success.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and revenue management.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Sales & Marketing Expertise: Ability to drive sales, partnerships, and market positioning.
  • Crisis Management & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Expertise in optimizing hospitality service workflows and departmental coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Education: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience:

  • 10+ years in hotel operations with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

3. Certifications:

  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar professional certifications.

4. Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of PMS (Opera, Fidelio, RMS), revenue management systems, and CRM tools.

5. Multilingual Skills: 

  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English, French, Spanish, Arabic) is an advantage.
