Job Title: HVAC Turbine Systems Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior HVAC Turbine Systems Engineer to lead our engineering initiatives. In this role, you will drive the design, analysis, and optimization of turbine systems used in advanced HVAC applications. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, and developing sustainable and efficient turbine solutions that integrate seamlessly with broader HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Design and Analysis:
- Lead the development of sophisticated turbine system designs for HVAC applications using advanced engineering and simulation software.
- Conduct comprehensive load calculations, energy modeling, and equipment sizing to maximize system efficiency and reliability.
- Analyze simulation data and real-world performance metrics to implement design improvements and innovative solutions.
Project Management and Integration:
- Oversee large-scale HVAC turbine system projects from conception through commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams—including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers—to ensure seamless integration of turbine systems with overall HVAC infrastructure.
- Manage vendor relationships and guide the procurement of cutting-edge technologies and components.
Mentorship and Team Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Lead design reviews, technical workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and process optimization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on complex engineering challenges and advanced turbine system applications.
Safety, Compliance, and Sustainability:
- Ensure that all designs and installations comply with relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Develop and enforce best practices for sustainable design, emphasizing energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
- Oversee quality control processes and maintain rigorous documentation of project outcomes, design iterations, and testing procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced coursework or professional training in turbine systems, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, or energy systems is highly desirable.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in HVAC systems engineering with a focus on turbine-based technologies.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Extensive experience in design, simulation, and integration of complex HVAC turbine systems.
Skills:
- Expert proficiency in engineering design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, or equivalent).

Certifications (Preferred):
