Job Title: HVAC Technician – Fresher

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HVAC Technician – Fresher to join our facilities management team. In this entry-level role, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

• Assist senior technicians in installing and commissioning HVAC systems.
• Support the setup, calibration, and testing of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with technical specifications.

Maintenance & Repairs:

• Help perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.
• Assist in diagnosing basic mechanical and electrical issues and perform minor repairs under supervision.
• Learn to disassemble, inspect, and reassemble components to ensure system reliability.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:

• Utilize basic diagnostic tools to identify system malfunctions.
• Work with experienced technicians to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Support in performing tests to verify the performance and safety of HVAC systems.

Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards while working.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Participate in safety training sessions and drills to promote a safe working environment.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service logs.
• Help prepare reports and update maintenance logs detailing system performance and repairs.
• Document any issues encountered during work and report them to the supervisor.

Learning & Development:

• Engage in on-the-job training programs to build technical skills in HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with team members to understand system operations, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging HVAC technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in HVAC technology, mechanical/electrical maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
• A basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is beneficial.

Experience:

• 0-1 years prior professional experience required; this is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or those starting their career in HVAC.
• Any internships, hands-on projects, or training related to HVAC systems is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Certifications (Preferred):
