Job Title: HVAC System Installer 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HVAC System Installer – Fresher to join our installation team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and a solid introduction to the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities:

Installation Assistance:

• Assist senior installers in setting up HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
• Support the assembly, mounting, and positioning of HVAC equipment according to technical specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
• Aid in connecting electrical and mechanical components to ensure proper system functionality.

System Testing and Commissioning:

• Help conduct initial system tests and performance checks to confirm proper installation.
• Learn to calibrate and commission HVAC systems under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues during the commissioning process.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to guidelines for handling tools and equipment.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of installation activities, including work logs and equipment usage.
• Support the preparation of basic reports on installation progress and system performance.
• Document any issues encountered during installation and communicate them to the supervisor.

Learning and Development:

• Engage in on-the-job training to develop technical skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of HVAC system installation.
• Collaborate with team members to learn best practices in equipment handling, installation techniques, and system troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with emerging HVAC technologies and installation methods through ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in HVAC technology, electrical, or mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles is beneficial.

Experience:

• 0-1 years prior professional experience is required; this is an entry-level position.
• Any internships, vocational training, or hands-on projects related to HVAC systems or equipment installation will be considered an asset.

Skills:

• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC system installation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Certifications (Preferred):
