We are seeking a Mid-Level HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee the execution and coordination of HVAC works at active construction sites. This project-based role involves supervising HVAC system installations, managing site teams, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring work is completed to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Supervise installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and insulation.
Interpret HVAC shop drawings and technical documents to ensure site execution aligns with design specifications.
Coordinate daily with civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to manage cross-trade issues and prevent site conflicts.
Monitor site progress, verify workmanship, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards (SMACNA, ASHRAE, ISHRAE, etc.).
Manage workforce allocation, oversee subcontractors, and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Ensure timely availability and proper handling of HVAC materials and equipment on site.
Prepare daily site reports, monitor progress vs. schedule, and escalate issues to the senior team.
Support testing, pre-commissioning, and final handover documentation in collaboration with commissioning teams.
Ensure strict compliance with site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Site Execution & Supervision: Lead and monitor HVAC installations across various project zones with hands-on involvement.
Technical Compliance: Ensure that all works conform to project drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as liaison between HVAC subcontractors and other services to resolve site interface issues.
Workforce & Material Management: Organize labor and materials efficiently to meet daily and weekly targets.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and manpower logs.
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering.
4–7 years of site supervision experience in HVAC works for mid-to-large scale projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret HVAC shop drawings and schematics.
Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISHRAE).
Proficient in MS Office and basic site reporting tools.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites on rotational or fixed-term assignments.
