The Junior HVAC Site Supervisor will support day-to-day execution and supervision of HVAC installation and commissioning activities on-site. This is a project-based role ideal for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in the installation, testing, and coordination of HVAC systems for commercial, residential, or industrial buildings.
Supervise and assist in the installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, insulation, AHUs, FCUs, diffusers, and grilles.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and other MEP trades to avoid site conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor material delivery, stock usage, and proper installation practices on-site.
Support senior engineers in quality control inspections and verification of completed work.
Report progress, issues, or delays to the Senior HVAC Engineer or Site Manager regularly.
Maintain site records including daily work reports, manpower tracking, and checklists.
Participate in site safety briefings and enforce compliance with HSE protocols.
Installation Supervision: Hands-on supervision of HVAC equipment and ductwork installation activities.
Coordination: Daily coordination with other MEP and civil disciplines to prevent site clashes and delays.
Quality Monitoring: Ensure workmanship and materials meet project quality standards and approved specifications.
Documentation: Support the preparation of site logs, daily reports, material usage records, and punch lists.
Learning & Development: Build knowledge of HVAC codes, safety standards, system components, and project workflows through on-the-job exposure.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in HVAC installation, construction, or site supervision.
Basic understanding of HVAC system layouts, ducting, insulation, and equipment installation.
Ability to read HVAC drawings and follow installation checklists.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work on-site, adapt to project timelines, and work under senior supervision.
