Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior HVAC Service Engineer to lead our service operations and drive technical excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Project Management:
- Lead and manage HVAC service projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Oversee complex troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities across a range of HVAC systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Advanced Installation & Commissioning Support:
- Collaborate with installation teams to resolve advanced system issues during start-up and commissioning phases.
- Review and optimize system integration processes to ensure reliable operation and maximum efficiency.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Direct comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend system lifespans.
- Diagnose complex system malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies, implementing effective corrective measures.
- Develop and implement best practices for HVAC service operations and process improvements.
Customer Support & Collaboration:
- Act as the primary technical resource for key clients, delivering timely solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with design, engineering, and operations teams to integrate feedback and enhance system performance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and service outcomes to stakeholders.
Safety, Compliance & Quality Control:
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies across all service operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of service activities, performance metrics, and quality control measures.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced coursework or certifications in HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and energy management are highly desirable.
Experience:
- 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service engineering, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience in diagnosing advanced HVAC system issues and implementing corrective measures.
