Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior HVAC Service Engineer to lead our service operations and drive technical excellence. In this role, you will manage complex HVAC projects, oversee troubleshooting and maintenance operations, and provide strategic technical support to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Project Management:

• Lead and manage HVAC service projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Oversee complex troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities across a range of HVAC systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Advanced Installation & Commissioning Support:

• Collaborate with installation teams to resolve advanced system issues during start-up and commissioning phases.
• Review and optimize system integration processes to ensure reliable operation and maximum efficiency.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Direct comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend system lifespans.
• Diagnose complex system malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies, implementing effective corrective measures.
• Develop and implement best practices for HVAC service operations and process improvements.

Customer Support & Collaboration:

• Act as the primary technical resource for key clients, delivering timely solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with design, engineering, and operations teams to integrate feedback and enhance system performance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and service outcomes to stakeholders.

Safety, Compliance & Quality Control:

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies across all service operations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure a secure work environment.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of service activities, performance metrics, and quality control measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced coursework or certifications in HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and energy management are highly desirable.

Experience:

• 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service engineering, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in diagnosing advanced HVAC system issues and implementing corrective measures.
