We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician – Fresher to join our facilities management team. Key Responsibilities:
Assistance with HVAC Maintenance:

• Follow established maintenance procedures and protocols as directed by experienced staff.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
• Learn to diagnose basic HVAC system issues and assist in troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Aid in disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling HVAC equipment to identify and replace defective parts.
• Work under supervision to ensure repairs are conducted safely and effectively. Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards when performing maintenance tasks.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in safety training sessions and drills to ensure a secure working environment.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Help update maintenance logs and prepare basic reports on HVAC system performance.
• Document any issues encountered during maintenance and report them to the supervisor.
Learning and Development:
• Engage in on-the-job training programs to develop technical skills in HVAC maintenance.
• Learn to operate diagnostic tools and basic troubleshooting techniques under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Collaborate with team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:

• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is beneficial. Experience:
• 0-1 years prior professional experience is required; this is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in HVAC maintenance.
• Any internships, projects, or hands-on training related to HVAC systems or mechanical maintenance will be considered an asset.
