Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician – Fresher to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited work experience who are eager to learn and develop skills in maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and work under the supervision of experienced technicians, ensuring our HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance & Inspections:

• Assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Help clean, lubricate, and check HVAC components to ensure optimal performance.
• Support senior technicians in identifying and resolving minor system issues.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

• Learn to diagnose basic HVAC malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Aid in repairing or replacing components as needed under supervision.
• Document maintenance activities and any issues encountered during service.

Installation & Commissioning Assistance:

• Provide support during HVAC system installations, including setting up equipment and verifying proper system operation.
• Assist in calibrating and commissioning new systems to ensure they meet performance standards.

Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards at all times.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in safety training sessions and follow guidelines for equipment handling.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports.
• Contribute to updating maintenance logs and preparing basic reports on HVAC system performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in HVAC technology, mechanical, or electrical systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.

Experience:

• 0-1 years of prior professional experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant internships, vocational training, or hands-on projects in HVAC systems are advantageous.

Skills:

• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC maintenance.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand and power tools.
