We are seeking a highly motivated and creative HVAC Design Engineer – Fresher to join our engineering team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their academic knowledge in designing energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of HVAC design—from initial concept development to final project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Planning:
• Assist in creating detailed HVAC system designs using industry-standard software and tools.
• Support the development of load calculations, duct and piping layouts, and equipment sizing.
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate with senior engineers to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
Project Documentation:
• Help prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports for HVAC projects. • Assist in the development of project proposals and cost estimates. • Maintain accurate documentation for design revisions and project modifications. Technical Analysis and Support:
• Conduct basic simulations and calculations to support HVAC system design and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and products to integrate into design solutions.
Learning and Development:
• Engage in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities to expand your technical expertise in HVAC design.
• Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and best practices in HVAC engineering.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and design brainstorming sessions. Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Coursework or academic projects focused on HVAC design, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, or energy systems is an advantage.
Experience:
• 0-1 years prior professional experience is required; this is an entry-level role.
• Internship experience or participation in design projects related to HVAC systems is beneficial.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HVAC design principles, load calculations, and energy efficiency concepts.
