Job Title: HVAC Boiler Installer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior HVAC Boiler Installer to lead our installation projects and mentor our technical team. In this role, you will manage complex boiler installation projects, oversee advanced troubleshooting and maintenance activities, and ensure that all systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in our boiler installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management:

• Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level installers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the installation process.
• Lead large-scale HVAC boiler installation projects from planning through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams to optimize project execution and system performance.

Advanced Installation & Commissioning:

• Oversee the complete installation of HVAC boiler systems, ensuring precise connection of piping, electrical components, and control systems as per manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct rigorous commissioning processes, including calibration and performance testing, to verify system integrity and operational readiness.
• Develop and implement best practices for installation techniques and troubleshooting methods.

Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Process Improvement:

• Direct the diagnosis and resolution of complex installation and performance issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Establish preventive maintenance protocols and corrective action plans to minimize downtime and extend system lifespan.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing installation data and feedback to refine procedures and enhance overall quality.

Safety, Compliance & Quality Control:

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies across all installation activities.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a secure work environment.
• Oversee detailed documentation of installation procedures, performance tests, and maintenance activities to support quality assurance and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in HVAC technology, boiler installation, or related fields is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems as they relate to HVAC boiler operations.

Experience:

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC boiler installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale installation projects and leading technical teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues and implementing continuous process improvements.

Skills:

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic tools and specialized installation equipment.
