Job Title: HVAC Boiler Installer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HVAC Boiler Installer to join our installation team. In this entry-level role, you will assist experienced installers in the setup, calibration, and commissioning of HVAC boiler systems. This position is ideal for candidates who have some foundational training in HVAC technology and are eager to develop practical installation skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup:

• Assist in installing HVAC boiler systems by connecting piping, electrical components, and control systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Support experienced installers during the alignment, mounting, and calibration of boiler units.
• Help prepare work areas and ensure all installation tools and equipment are organized and ready for use.

Testing & Commissioning:

• Participate in system testing and commissioning to verify proper operation of installed boiler systems.
• Assist in performing initial performance checks, calibrations, and adjustments under supervision.
• Support troubleshooting efforts by documenting observed issues and assisting in diagnostic procedures.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards during installation tasks.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to established guidelines for tool and equipment usage.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of installation activities, including work logs and equipment usage.
• Help prepare basic reports on installation progress and system performance.
• Document any issues encountered during installation and promptly report them to supervisors.

Learning & Development:

• Engage in on-the-job training programs to build practical skills and technical knowledge in HVAC boiler installation.
• Collaborate with experienced installers to learn advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Stay informed about new technologies, tools, and industry best practices in HVAC boiler systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in HVAC technology, boiler installation, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is advantageous.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on training, internships, or relevant coursework in HVAC systems or boiler installation is beneficial.
• Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry are encouraged to apply.
