Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Boiler Installer – Fresher to join our installation team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited work experience who are eager to learn the fundamentals of HVAC boiler installation. You will work under the close supervision of experienced technicians and receive comprehensive on-the-job training to develop your technical skills and ensure high-quality, safe installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Assistance:

• Assist in installing HVAC boiler systems, including connecting piping, electrical components, and control systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Support senior installers in setting up boiler units and associated equipment.
• Help with the alignment and calibration of boiler systems during the installation process.

Testing and Commissioning:

• Participate in system testing and commissioning to ensure proper operation of installed boilers.
• Assist in performing initial performance checks and adjustments under supervision.
• Help troubleshoot minor issues identified during testing and commissioning.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards during installation tasks.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to guidelines for handling tools and equipment.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of installation activities, including work logs and equipment usage.
• Support the preparation of basic reports detailing installation progress and system performance.
• Document any issues or deviations from standard procedures and report them to supervisors.

Learning and Development:

• Engage in on-the-job training programs to build a strong foundation in HVAC boiler installation techniques.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians to learn troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices in HVAC boiler installation.

• 0-1 years of prior professional experience is required; this is an entry-level position.
