Overview of the Role

The HSE / ISO Recruiter at Talent Pool is a senior-level position responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates in the fields of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management, as well as ISO compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of HSE standards and ISO regulations, along with the ability to identify top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in HSE and ISO sectors.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and alignment with company values.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidates' suitability for various HSE and ISO roles.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and requirements for HSE and ISO positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Active participation in safety training programs: Engagement in ongoing safety training and development initiatives.
