Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in the HSE and ISO fields.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for HSE and ISO positions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE and ISO recruitment.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Expertise
