Overview of the Role

The HSE / ISO Recruiter at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and ISO sectors. As a General Manager, you will lead the recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and compliance with industry standards. This position requires a deep understanding of HSE regulations, ISO standards, and the ability to assess candidates' qualifications effectively. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns that attract the best candidates in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for HSE and ISO positions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE and ISO recruitment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and create job descriptions that reflect those requirements.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to create a pipeline of talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Expertise

  • Relevant degrees or certifications in Human Resources, HSE, or related fields.
  • Completion of advanced courses, certifications, or continued education that enhance recruitment skills.
  • Industry-relevant experience in HSE and ISO recruitment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the field.
  • Specific technical skills or proficiencies that are essential for evaluating candidates in HSE roles.
