Overview of the Role

The HSE / ISO Recruiter at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) sectors, as well as those with expertise in ISO standards. This leadership position, at the Director/VP level, requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, and the ability to foster a culture of safety and quality within organizations. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network and recruitment expertise to build a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring that Talent Pool remains a leader in providing exceptional HSE and ISO professionals to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified HSE and ISO candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to enhance Talent Pool's visibility and reputation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in HSE and ISO regulations to ensure compliance and relevance in recruitment practices.
  • Participate in job fairs and industry conferences to promote Talent Pool and engage with potential candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
