Job
Summary:
The Senior HR Director is a key member of the executive leadership team
responsible for driving the strategic direction of the human resources
function. This role is focused on developing and executing long-term HR
strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives. The Senior
HR Director leads all aspects of HR, including talent management,
organizational development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits,
diversity and inclusion, and compliance. This position plays a pivotal role in
shaping a high-performance culture and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with overall corporate
goals.
- Serve
as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR-related matters.
- Champion
change management initiatives and drive organizational transformation.
- Oversee
the design and execution of talent acquisition, leadership development, and
succession planning programs.
- Establish
performance management systems that drive accountability, growth, and employee
engagement.
- Cultivate
a high-performance culture through continuous learning and career development
initiatives.
- Lead
efforts to build and sustain a positive, inclusive, and innovative
organizational culture.
- Develop
and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that boost morale
and retention.
- Foster
strong internal communication and feedback channels to ensure employee voices
are heard.
- Direct
the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs
that attract and retain top talent.
- Utilize
data and HR analytics to monitor key performance indicators, drive strategic
decision-making, and optimize HR operations.
- Ensure
that HR practices comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as
internal policies.
- Oversee
risk management initiatives and implement strategies to mitigate potential
HR-related risks.
- Maintain
robust governance and ethical practices across all HR functions.
- Work
closely with senior leaders to integrate HR strategies into broader business
plans.
- Represent
the HR function at board meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Build
strong partnerships with external stakeholders, industry groups, and
professional networks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is
required.
- Master’s
degree, MBA, or relevant advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are
highly desirable.
- 10+
years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in leadership or
executive-level roles.
- Proven
track record in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives in complex,
large-scale organizations.
