Job
Summary:
The HR Director at the mid-level is responsible for overseeing key human
resources functions and ensuring that HR initiatives support the overall
business strategy. This role bridges strategic planning with operational
execution, guiding HR processes such as talent management, employee engagement,
compensation and benefits, and compliance. The candidate will work closely with
senior leadership while managing day-to-day HR operations, serving as both a
leader and a hands-on practitioner.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate
with senior management to develop HR policies and strategies that align with
the company’s goals.
- Translate
strategic objectives into actionable HR plans and ensure their effective
execution.
- Oversee
recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and succession planning to ensure a
continuous talent pipeline.
- Develop
and implement performance management programs that promote employee development
and retention.
- Foster
a positive and inclusive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement
initiatives and managing internal communications.
- Design
and coordinate programs for employee recognition, professional development, and
career growth.
- Manage
the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits
programs.
- Ensure
HR policies comply with all legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Oversee
daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency in processes and effective utilization
of HR systems and technology.
- Analyze
HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and continuous
improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

required.

preferred.
- 5-7
years of progressive HR experience with a background in both strategic and
operational HR roles.
- Proven
track record of managing HR teams and implementing HR initiatives in a dynamic
business environment.
