Job Title: HR Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to the development of dashboards for monitoring HR metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, data analysis, and business operations.
  • Eagerness to develop leadership skills and take on increasing responsibilities over time.
  • HR-related certifications or coursework are a plus but not mandatory at the entry level.
