Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Junior Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will assist with the administration of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and company career pages.

    • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

    • Conduct initial screenings of applicants and provide feedback to the HR team.

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

    • Prepare and manage new hire documentation and ensure completion of required forms.

    • Coordinate orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

    • Assist in organizing exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.

  • Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.

    • Ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations and company policies.

    • Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics and employee data.

  • Benefits Administration:

    • Support the enrollment and administration of employee benefits programs.

    • Address basic employee inquiries regarding benefits and escalate complex issues as needed.

    • Assist in coordinating open enrollment periods and communicating benefit changes.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.

    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

    • Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to.

    • Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    • Participate in audits and prepare documentation as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience or internships in human resources or administrative roles is advantageous but not required.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
