We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR and Compliance Executive to manage core HR functions while ensuring full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a blend of operational HR skills and strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, suitable for candidates looking to step into a more independent and responsible role.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
Administer payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits in compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain and update HR records, policies, and SOPs to reflect regulatory changes.
Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for senior management or external auditors.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance redressal processes.
Coordinate training programs on compliance, workplace ethics, and regulatory awareness.
Prepare compliance reports and ensure timely filings with regulatory authorities.
Act as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR and compliance-related roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
Experience in documentation, audits, and internal investigations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
