We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior HR and Compliance Executive to support HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. The role is suitable for individuals with foundational HR knowledge who are looking to grow their career in human resources and compliance management.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Support payroll preparation and leave management.
Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
Coordinate employee training and awareness programs on compliance matters.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and improvements.
Help in preparing reports for audits and inspections.
Handle routine employee queries and escalate as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in an HR or compliance role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
