We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher HR and Compliance Executive to support the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to learn about HR functions and regulatory compliance in a dynamic work environment.
Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Help monitor employee attendance, leaves, and benefits.
Assist in ensuring company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Prepare reports related to HR and compliance activities.
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement programs.
Respond to employee queries related to HR and compliance matters.
Support audits and documentation for compliance purposes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (internship experience is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
