Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher HR and Compliance Executive to support the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to learn about HR functions and regulatory compliance in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Help monitor employee attendance, leaves, and benefits.

  • Assist in ensuring company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Prepare reports related to HR and compliance activities.

  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement programs.

  • Respond to employee queries related to HR and compliance matters.

  • Support audits and documentation for compliance purposes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (internship experience is a plus).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
