Overview of the Role

Talent Pool is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin Support at the junior level to join our dynamic Human Resources team in the AE region. This role is essential in providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and processes. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between HR management and employees, supporting various HR activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation and organization of HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and onboarding materials to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases and records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Assist in organizing HR-related meetings, training sessions, and company events, including logistics and material preparation.
  • Policy Implementation Support: Help disseminate HR policies and procedures to staff and ensure adherence across departments.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on HR activities, employee attendance, and other relevant metrics to support management decision-making.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure all HR activities comply with legal standards and company policies, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
