Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team at a mid-level capacity. The Human Resources Generalist will manage a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely resolution and guidance on HR policies.
Implement employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain accurate HR records and assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and process reviews.
Policy Development & Implementation:
Collaborate with management to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to employees on HR policies and best practices.
Performance Management:
Assist in designing and implementing performance evaluation processes, offering insights for employee development and retention.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in roles involving employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
Proven knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management techniques.
Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
