Job Description: Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
As a Senior Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute high-level design and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires an experienced professional who can create visually compelling digital assets, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and optimize brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, branding, digital marketing, and campaign management, with the ability to guide junior designers and marketers while ensuring creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Lead the development of creative digital assets, including website visuals, social media graphics, email marketing materials, and promotional content.
- Brand Strategy: Maintain and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual and digital touchpoints.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility, search rankings, and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including infographics, animated visuals, and short videos for digital platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align creative design with business objectives.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers and marketing team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and fostering professional growth.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web design trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and refine strategies.
- Creative problem-solving and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful branding and marketing campaigns.
- Experience in leading creative projects and managing a team of designers/marketers.
- Previous experience in a senior role within an agency or in-house marketing team is preferred.
