Job Summary:
As a Junior Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create engaging visuals for digital platforms such as social media, websites, blogs, and online advertisements.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, and paid ads).
- Help develop content strategies for social media and online channels.
- Optimize images, graphics, and videos for online platforms, ensuring they align with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights.
- Work with the team to ensure design and content are aligned with marketing goals and the target audience.
- Collaborate with senior designers and marketers to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Assist in SEO and SEM optimization to improve online presence and engagement.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tactics.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM concepts and their application in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and social media management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on design consistency and quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work and digital marketing projects (internships or freelance projects are acceptable).
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing (internships or freelance experience included).
- Experience in content creation and social media management is a plus.
