Job Summary:

As a Fresher Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive with a creative mindset and a passion for design and digital marketing. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work on both graphic design and digital marketing tasks, including social media content creation, campaign management, and online branding. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to contribute to both the design and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing digital assets for social media, websites, email marketing, blogs, and other marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in managing social media accounts, developing online marketing campaigns, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for digital content and advertisements.
  • Edit and optimize images, graphics, and video content for various platforms.
  • Monitor and report on social media trends, engagement, and performance analytics.
  • Support the team in SEO, SEM, and email marketing efforts to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital marketing practices.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO and SEM practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a variety of design and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve both design and marketing skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing design skills (academic or freelance projects are acceptable).

Experience:

  • 0-1 year of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or freelance work are a plus).

Key Focus Areas:

  • Creating digital assets for social media, email marketing, and websites.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Image editing, content optimization, and basic video editing.
  • Learning and applying SEO and SEM strategies to boost online presence.

Tools & Software:

  • Required: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
  • Preferred: Figma, Adobe XD, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads.
