As a QA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and playability of our games. You’ll contribute to structured testing processes, own QA responsibilities for specific features, and collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams. Beyond bug detection, you’ll provide actionable insights on usability, player experience, and quality improvements.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and checklists for assigned game features and systems.
Own quality assurance for specific content areas or game features, ensuring they meet internal quality standards.
Identify, document, and track bugs, gameplay issues, and usability concerns with clarity and consistency.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and production to prioritize issues and validate fixes.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and compliance testing across various platforms (PC, console, mobile).
Contribute to test automation, data-driven testing, and improvements in testing workflows.
Provide feedback on gameplay balance, UI/UX, accessibility, and user experience from a QA perspective.
2–4 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the game industry.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing cycles, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
Experience testing across multiple platforms (e.g., PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, iOS/Android).
Proficient in writing and managing test documentation such as test plans and bug reports.
Familiarity with game design concepts, development pipelines, and agile workflows.
Proficient in bug tracking and test case management tools:
JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, DevTrack, or similar
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git).
Basic understanding or involvement in test automation frameworks or scripting (e.g., Python, C#, Selenium, Unity Test Runner).
Comfortable using dev tools, command-line utilities, or in-engine consoles (e.g., Unreal or Unity debug tools).
Experience working with platform compliance and certification checklists (TRC/XR, Lotcheck, etc.) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Clear and concise communication skills—verbal and written—especially when documenting issues.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing efforts in parallel.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work across departments and provide constructive feedback.
Analytical thinking with a user-focused approach to gameplay quality and usability.
