This role will drive excellence across engineering integration, supply chain strategy, materials management, and contract execution throughout the project lifecycle β€” from FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

πŸ”§ Engineering & Supply Chain Integration

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the integration of supply chain and engineering deliverables for all major capital projects.

  • Ensure engineering specifications are aligned with procurement capabilities and market realities early in the project lifecycle.

  • Lead coordination between design teams, EPC contractors, and supply chain functions to minimize delays, scope changes, and procurement risk.

  • Review and approve engineering packages to validate procure-to-fabrication-to-installation alignment.

πŸ“‘ Contract Management & Vendor Strategy

  • Drive early supplier engagement and ensure supplier input during the design and engineering stages.

  • Oversee contract development, negotiation, and execution with engineering and construction vendors, including EPC and OEM partners.

  • Lead development of strategic sourcing plans and global supplier networks for critical project equipment and materials.

🏭 Construction & Commissioning Support

  • Ensure supply chain readiness for construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

  • Coordinate logistics, site delivery planning, material handling, and tracking of equipment to support construction milestones.

  • Establish interface protocols between engineering, procurement, and field construction teams to manage site queries and change orders efficiently.

πŸ“ˆ Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Implement governance models to track and monitor procurement, engineering, and supply milestones.

  • Ensure all project supply chain activities comply with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

  • Identify and mitigate supply and engineering integration risks impacting cost, schedule, or technical performance.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ€β€πŸ§‘ Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineering integration managers, capital procurement professionals, and supply chain project controllers.

  • Build internal capabilities in project procurement planning, supplier management, and technical bid evaluations.

  • Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture across engineering, supply chain, and project management functions.

  • Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA) (Preferred)

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

🧠 Experience

  • 15–20 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, or capital project management roles

  • Minimum 7 years in leadership roles overseeing major capital or infrastructure projects (EPC, energy, utilities, industrial plants)

  • Proven experience in managing complex interfaces between engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) organizations

🧰 Key Skills

  • Expertise in capital procurement, technical sourcing, engineering design review, and project execution
