Overview of the Role

The Engineering Recruiter at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent to meet the growing demands of our organization. As a Senior-level position, this role requires a deep understanding of the engineering landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strategic approach to recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position is based in the AE region and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality engineering candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding of new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Significant industry-relevant experience in engineering recruitment or related fields.
  • Specific technical skills or proficiencies that enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience in past job roles/responsibilities and duration in similar positions.
  • Hands-on technical skills or familiarity with software tools relevant to engineering and recruitment.
