The Engineering Recruiter at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent to meet the growing demands of our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality engineering candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
