Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for engineering positions.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials to attract top talent.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
