Overview of the Role

The Engineering Recruiter plays a pivotal role in Talent Pool's commitment to sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent. This position requires an expert-level understanding of the engineering landscape, including various disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil, and software engineering. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and engage potential candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding. The Engineering Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality engineering candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews and assessments, to evaluate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
