Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to engineering roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential.
