We are seeking an accomplished Senior Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to lead the field execution of E&I maintenance, commissioning, and reliability programs across complex industrial operations. This senior role is responsible for managing teams, coordinating multidisciplinary maintenance activities, and ensuring plant equipment meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings extensive technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced instrumentation and electrical systems.
Lead and manage a team of E&I technicians and contractors for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities.
Oversee the installation, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of field instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature) and electrical systems (LV/MV motors, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and control panels).
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, instrumentation practices, and permit-to-work systems.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex faults in control loops, electrical drives, and automation interfaces.
Support and supervise major turnaround, shutdown, and capital project execution from an E&I perspective.
Review and approve technical documents such as loop diagrams, SLDs, termination drawings, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets.
Coordinate with operations, process, and engineering departments to resolve persistent maintenance and reliability issues.
Manage inventory of critical spares, tools, test equipment, and vendor relationships.
Ensure documentation, calibration records, maintenance reports, and failure analyses are accurate and up-to-date.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and team development.

Team Mentorship and Technical Skill Building
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems Engineering
8–15+ years of progressive experience in E&I maintenance with at least 3–5 years in a senior supervisory role
Strong expertise with control systems (PLC/DCS), field instruments, electrical drives, and protection systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instrumentation/electrical schematics
Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (loop calibrators, multimeters, megger, IR testers)
Functional Safety or Hazardous Area Certification (e.g., TÜV, CompEx) is a plus
