We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to assist in supervising the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and field instrumentation. This role supports senior supervisors and engineers in ensuring that plant equipment and instruments operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. It provides hands-on experience and leadership development for a future full supervisory role in industrial environments.
Assist in coordinating routine and corrective maintenance for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Supervise small teams of technicians in field work including wiring, calibration, testing, and commissioning.
Support the maintenance of field instruments (pressure, flow, temperature, level) and electrical components (motors, breakers, panels).
Assist in troubleshooting faults in instrumentation loops, control circuits, and electrical distribution.
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards and permit-to-work procedures.
Participate in equipment inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and shutdown support activities.
Maintain logs, inspection reports, calibration records, and work orders under senior supervision.
Coordinate with control room and operations staff to minimize equipment downtime.
Report hazards, deviations, or faults promptly to senior engineers or maintenance leads.

Basic Troubleshooting of Instrument and Electrical Faults

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering
1–3 years of experience in E&I maintenance or supervision in an industrial setting (internships or apprentice experience is acceptable)
Basic understanding of field instrumentation, control panels, motor control centers, and electrical protection devices
Familiar with tools such as multimeters, loop calibrators, megger testers, etc.
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
Willingness to work shifts, field-based assignments, or rotating schedules as needed
