Overview of the Role

The Education and Training Recruiter at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for educational and training positions within the organization. This supervisory role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the education sector, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fostering professional development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position is based in AE and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of Talent Pool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for education and training roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to source candidates and build a talent pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote Talent Pool and attract potential candidates.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
