Overview of the Role

The Education and Training Recruiter at Talent Pool will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our educational and training programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for educational and training roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, training organizations, and industry professionals to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach initiatives to promote Talent Pool as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.

Expertise

  • Relevant degrees or certifications in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Completion of advanced courses, certifications, or continued education in recruitment or talent acquisition.
