Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide insights on market trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its opportunities.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
