Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote Talent Pool and engage with potential candidates.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and education to enhance recruitment strategies.
