    • Ensure all installed systems are fully functional, performing regular checks on system performance, security, and overall reliability.
    • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for clients, minimizing system downtime and improving the longevity of devices.
  4. Training and Mentorship:

    • Provide training and mentorship to junior ELV technicians, offering guidance on installation processes, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
    • Review the work of junior technicians, offering advice on improvements, and ensuring that they follow best practices in system installation and safety.
    • Act as a point of contact for technical issues or questions raised by junior team members and assist in the resolution of more complex challenges.
  5. System Upgrades and Modifications:

    • Implement system upgrades and modifications as needed, ensuring that ELV systems are up to date with the latest technologies and features.
    • Plan and execute system expansions or upgrades, such as adding new cameras, additional access control points, or integrating new devices into existing systems.
    • Work with clients to recommend system improvements based on emerging technologies or changing client needs.
  6. Client Interaction and Support:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ELV systems.
    • Provide technical support, answering client questions, explaining system functions, and providing assistance with troubleshooting or setup.
    • Conduct site assessments to ensure that ELV systems are meeting client expectations and suggest any improvements or modifications as necessary.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including installation logs, maintenance reports, troubleshooting records, and system configurations.
    • Maintain detailed records of service activities, including repairs, replacements, and modifications to ensure that all client systems are properly tracked.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management or clients on the status of system performance, repairs, or upgrades.
  8. Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards, local codes, and regulations (e.g., IEC, NEC).
    • Perform safety checks on installed systems, ensuring they meet operational safety standards.
    • Adhere to health and safety protocols during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks to minimize risks to personnel and clients.
  9. Technology and Process Improvement:

    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the ELV field, particularly in areas such as security systems, smart home automation, and network integration.
    • Suggest improvements for system installation procedures, troubleshooting processes, and customer service practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
    • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement best practices, improving overall productivity and service quality.
