Job Summary: Manages e-commerce projects by coordinating teams, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for e-commerce initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and operations.

  • Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues.

  • Ensure that e-commerce projects align with business goals and customer needs.

  • Analyze project performance and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Project coordination and scheduling

  • Risk management and mitigation

  • Stakeholder communication

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and workflows.

  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Project management software, e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.), and data analysis tools.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
