Job Summary: Oversees the entire portfolio of e-commerce projects, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the e-commerce project management strategy.

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers to deliver high-quality results.

  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.

  • Establish and enforce project governance standards and best practices.

  • Report on project performance to executive leadership.

  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Enterprise-level project management software, advanced analytics tools, and cutting-edge e-commerce platforms.
