Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and execution of online sales strategies to optimize customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee product listings and manage inventory updates to ensure availability and accuracy.

Monitor website performance and user experience, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.

Analyze sales metrics, customer behavior, and website traffic to recommend actionable improvements.

Coordinate with IT teams to resolve platform technical issues and enhance functionality.

Research and suggest new tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.

Prepare detailed reports on platform performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Key Focus Areas:

Operational management

Cross-team collaboration

Data analysis and reporting

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).

Basic understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, and Analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related role.

Tools and Technologies:

Familiarity with CMS platforms, inventory management systems, and basic HTML/CSS.

Other Requirements:

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
