Job Summary: 

Oversees the entire e-commerce division, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and oversee long-term e-commerce objectives and KPIs.
Manage budgets and allocate resources for campaigns and platform enhancements.
Identify and implement innovative solutions such as AI personalization and automation tools.
Align e-commerce strategies with company-wide goals to ensure seamless integration.
Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain strong partner relationships.
Monitor global trends and identify emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
Develop robust analytics systems for real-time performance tracking and reporting.
Prepare risk management and contingency plans for operational continuity.
