Job Summary: 

Leads the strategic vision and overall performance of the e-commerce department, driving digital transformation and ensuring profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish the e-commerce department’s strategic roadmap and integrate it into the organization’s overall goals.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Represent the e-commerce department in board-level meetings, advocating for investments and resources.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including investors and major partners.
Evaluate and implement large-scale technology solutions for competitive advantage.
Spearhead global expansion strategies, identifying new markets and opportunities.
Monitor industry shifts and economic factors to adjust strategies proactively.
