The E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist (Fresher Level) is responsible for supporting the processing, packing, and shipping of online orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about e-commerce operations and fulfillment processes.
Assist in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders efficiently.
Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and packaging to meet quality standards.
Monitor and update order status in the e-commerce system.
Work with warehouse teams to manage stock levels and prevent order delays.
Track incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain accurate stock records.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Ensure products are stored correctly and follow proper handling procedures.
Assist in labeling and organizing stock for easy accessibility.
Coordinate with courier partners to schedule pickups and track shipments.
Ensure shipping labels, invoices, and return documents are correctly processed.
Handle basic customer inquiries related to order status and tracking.
Identify and report issues in order processing or fulfillment workflows.
Support the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency.
Maintain reports on daily fulfillment activities and inventory updates.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
0-1 year of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment (freshers welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory tracking tools.
