Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the drilling sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly to stay competitive in the market.
